Patrick’s attorneys have filed a new motion where it was written that Thais had an affair and he found it on April 11, 2026. The new filing described what the day was like when he got the sniff of her affair and later inspected it. After the 90 Day Fiance star discovered it, Thais asked Patrick to leave their shared house. By then, she had informed her love interest that she and her husband no longer share the same roof.
As anyone else would be, Patrick wasn’t in favor of his relocation. Watching him reluctant, Thais threatened him, and he eventually exited on May 6, 2026. It was after that that Thais was arrested for domestic battery, where she held a knife, and the witnesses were Aleesi and her nanny. Later, authorities freed Thais of the charges. The couple has now reached a mutual custody agreement.
Patrick and Thais are ready to co-parent their three-year-old daughter without a fixed parenting schedule yet. He believes it’s in the best interests of the child to have joint custody, and he wants the court and the judge to rule in his favor. John seemed to be the first to hold Thais responsible for her affair. While Patrick didn’t defend his wife then, he still won’t because the motion is out.
