90 Day Fiance star Armando’s immigration attorney, Kelsey Zubkoff, is leaving no stone unturned to make sure that his client reunites with his daughter in America. He recently made a public request to the Department of Homeland Security for emergency assistance. Kelsey recently opened up about the situation with TMZ and explained how Armando was in the process of obtaining a “lawful spousal visa.”
Armando was now requesting all the respective departments to “expedite” the process and review his pending case. His attorney is also requesting “humanitarian parole or other lawful temporary relief” that could be granted in his case, while taking into account the full emergency medical context. Kelsey further made it clear that his client wasn’t asking to bypass any law. He explained that they only wanted “compassion, urgency, and consideration of every lawful avenue available.”
Kelsey pointed out that Armando and Kenny were currently dealing with an “extremely serious family emergency” and they wanted to opt for every lawful avenue that they could avail.
